Access top-tier camera gear and accessories to bring your creative projects to life with ease and precision
Determine what you need, let us know dates, and reach out! If you’ve got questions, that’s ok too, email shootrentals@gmail.com
Our pricing structure is for 1 day, 3 day or 7 day rentals, plus tax. (If you need something for only 6 days, you will pay the 7 day price, and so on). For longer rentals, please contact us. You are not charged for picking up equipment the day before your shoot, only the day the gear works.
Payment is made via Square, which accepts credit cards, ACH transfers, and cash app. We can accept cash and business checks if previously discussed. Payment is due in full before any equipment leaves with you.
We are located at Pixel Studios in West Ashely, 1040 Gardner Road unit 2A, by appointment only.
We have no set hours and are appointment only. We may give you a larger pickup or drop-off window, and at other times we may need you to arrive at the agreed upon time. Please be respectful of our time, or you might not get your gear.
We require a copy of your valid ID, a signed rental contract, and a credit card kept on file. For larger orders, we may request a COI and place a hold on your credit card.
Usually a copy/photo of your driver’s license and a credit card, along with a business card, are enough. Usually no deposit is required. However, due to issues with some previous renters, some larger orders will require a $50 retainer when the reservation is made, fully applicable to the rental, but that will not be refunded if the rental is abandoned; this is to cover our time and effort to gather and prepare the gear.
No, you assume all risk when you rent our equipment. There are several short-term insurances available online that you may choose to use. If something is lost or damaged, you will be expected to pay the cost to replace it.
Of course. We may ask for a deposit.
Please do so in a timely manner, especially with larger orders that take time to prepare.
Essentially, no. It is up to you to be versed in the equipment you plan to use for your shoot. Manuals are readily available online and not provided with rentals.
Please do! Don’t want to get to your shoot and find out you’ve got the wrong lens.
